Welcome to Put Together(“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Put Together is a personal style intelligence application operated by Aprobee Technology Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore (“Company”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Put Together regarding your use of the App and related services available at puttogether.world.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow you to:
You must remove the App from your device before selling or transferring the device to a third party.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access the App, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use a one-time password (OTP) verification system to authenticate your identity. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits, earn additional referral credits, or for any fraudulent purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Put Together operates on a subscription-based model. An active subscription is required to access the App’s core features, including wardrobe management, AI-powered outfit suggestions, avatar generation, and style insights.
We offer four (4) monthly auto-renewable subscription tiers:

Subscription pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change.
All subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods.
When upgrading, your wardrobe limit is updated immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
The App uses a virtual credit system to meter access to certain features. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credits are consumed when you use certain features, including but not limited to:
When credits are consumed, they are deducted in the following priority order: (1) Monthly credits, (2) Top-up credits, (3) Welcome credits, (4) Event credits, (5) Referral credits, (6) Promotional credits.
Additional credit packs may be purchased within the App via Apple In-App Purchase. Top-up credit purchases are available only to users with an active or grace-period subscription.
During certain operations, credits may be temporarily held (“frozen”) to ensure availability. Frozen credits are either confirmed upon successful completion or released if the operation fails.
Credits can only be used while you maintain an active or grace-period subscription. If your subscription becomes inactive, all remaining credits will be suspended. Suspended credits are not forfeited — they are preserved and reactivated when you resubscribe.
Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period and are not refundable.
All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store via your Apple ID. We do not directly collect, process, or store your payment card information.
All prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
Each user receives a unique referral code. When a new user applies your referral code before their first subscription and subscribes within 30 days, both you and the referred user receive 150 credits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, withhold referral credits, or modify the referral program at any time if we detect fraudulent or abusive behavior.
You retain ownership of all photos, images, and other content (“User Content”) that you upload. By uploading User Content, you grant Put Together a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App’s services.
You represent and warrant that:
By using AI features, you acknowledge and consent to your User Content being processed by our AI service providers for the sole purpose of delivering the requested functionality.
You may delete individual wardrobe pieces or your entire wardrobe at any time. Upon account deletion, all User Content is permanently removed (see Section 15).
The App generates AI-powered content including avatars, outfit suggestions, style insights (“Love Letters”), and wardrobe analytics (“Magic Moments”). AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or unsuitable recommendations.
AI-generated content created for you through the App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
The App, including its design, code, features, graphics, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Put Together and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Put Together,” the Put Together logo, and related branding are trademarks of Put Together. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The App integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
The App requests access to your device location to provide weather-based outfit recommendations. Location access is optional. Your location data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion:
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You must cancel separately through Apple.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available, with all faults” basis without warranties of any kind. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
The App provides AI-generated fashion suggestions for informational purposes only. These do not constitute professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Put Together shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Put Together from and against any claims arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any User Content you upload.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, including subscription tiers, credit costs, features, and pricing.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App and cancelling your subscription through Apple.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and any remaining credits are forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Before commencing arbitration, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a citizen of any EU/EEA member state, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the App except as authorized by the laws of Singapore, the United States, and your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent that you are not located in any embargoed country or on any restricted party list.
The App and related documentation are “Commercial Items” as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101.
These Terms are between you and Put Together, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Put Together regarding the App.
